JEFFERSON PARISH DEPARTMENT OF PROPERTY MAINTENANCE ZONING AND QUALITY OF LIFE CONDUCT SWEEP IN COUNCIL DISTRICT 2
JEFFERSON, LA –On Thursday, September 24, 2020, the Jefferson Parish Department of Property Maintenance Zoning and Quality of Life conducted a sweep on the east bank of the parish in Council District 2. The streets included in the sweep were Central Ave. and Jefferson Hwy.
Property Maintenance issued nine citations to properties for various violations including structures in disrepair, high grass and weeds and inoperable vehicles. Two vehicles were tagged for removal.
