Jeff Fit is Jefferson Parish Government's voluntary internal employee health and wellness program.  The mission of the program is to teach, support, and empower employees and their families by offering quality health information and onsite wellness programing to facilitate a healthy lifestyle and optimal healthcare decisions while promoting a culture of health throughout the workplace.

Jeff Fit Programs and health incentives are available to all employees and spouses covered on the UnitedHealthcare Group Medical Plan offered by Jefferson Parish Government, including:
