BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED FOR GRAND ISLE

In conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health, the Jefferson Parish Water Department has lifted the boil water advisory for Grand Isle based on an analysis of the bacteriological samples collected within the distribution system on Tuesday, July 9, 2024.

BOIL WATER ADVISORY LIFTED FOR PRIVATEER SIDE OF BARATARIA

In conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health, the Jefferson Parish Water Department has lifted the boil water advisory for the Privateer side of Barataria based on an analysis of the bacteriological samples collected within the distribution system on July 8, 2024.

BOIL WATER ADVISORY ISSUED FOR GRAND ISLE, PRIVATEER SIDE OF BARATARIA

In conjunction with the Louisiana Department of Health, the Jefferson Parish Water Department is issuing a boil water advisory for Grand Isle as well as the Privateer side of Barataria due to a loss of pressure in the distribution system caused by a broken water main.

LANE CLOSURE: MANHATTAN BOULEVARD

One lane of northbound Manhattan Boulevard from Hampton Drive to Spanish Oaks Drive will be closed continuously starting at 7 a.m. on Monday, July 8, 2024.

LANE CLOSURES: BONNABEL BOULEVARD

Bonnabel Boulevard between West Esplanade Avenue and the Lake Pontchartrain levee will have single lane closures daily from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday, July 8 through Thursday, August 8, 2024.

JEFFERSON PARISH GOVERNMENT OFFICES CLOSED ON THURSDAY, JULY 4 AND FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2024 IN OBSERVANCE OF INDEPENDENCE DAY

All Jefferson Parish Government offices will be closed on Thursday, July 4 and Friday, July 5, 2024 in observance of the Independence holiday.

LANE CLOSURE: EASTBOUND VETERANS BOULEVARD

The right lane of eastbound Veterans Boulevard between Severn Avenue and Edenborn Avenue will be closed daily from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. from Monday, July 8 through Thursday, July 18, 2024.

EAST BANK RECYCLING DROP-OFF SITE MOVES TO REPUBLIC SERVICE'S MATERIALS RECOVERY FACILITY BEGINNING SATURDAY, JULY 6, 2024

Beginning Saturday, July 6, 2024, the East Bank recycling drop-off site will move from the parking lot of the Joseph S. Yenni Building to Republic Service’s Materials Recovery Facility.
